Filling an in-house short-term vacancy, I was responsible for engaging stakeholders across several sectors; tourism, conservation, education and local communities in the Wairarapa. My comms tools included e-newsletters, social media, local events and digital fundraising. I managed Covid-19 comms for external audiences and developed a webpage of education resources to encourage nature-based learning for tamariki during lockdown. I also wrote blog posts - including the return of Pūkaha to Rangitāne.
